Site Pricing

While we make best efforts to keep our site up to date, from time to time actual market conditions may change the price of a product. We reserve the right to change prices on the site at anytime. If a site price is incorrect on an item that you ordered, we will contact you immediately with the most updated price or help you choose a different item that is within your budget. From time to time we also make typos on the website, and we do not accept liability for incorrect spelling, printing errors (including prices), incorrect manufacturer's specifications or changes, or grammatical inaccuracies in any product included in our website.

Site Images

We make best efforts to provide clear and color-correct product images on our site that best reflect the true nature of the products. However, web site images are inherently limited in their ability to communicate color, scale, and detail. We want to remind customers to be careful about making assumptions about products from the site image alone. We strongly urge our customers to order actual samples. If you choose not to evaluate a physical sample, we cannot be held responsible for the difference between the image as it appears on your monitor and the final product.

Engraving

How is engraving charged?

Engraving services customize your award(s) with a unique and personalized message for that special presentation. As engraving prices are predicated on the message and image you want to convey, let our knowledgeable staff work with you to present your awards in the most pleasing and cost-efficient manor to meet your budget. Just about any award or product can be personalized with whatever wording, names or, logo suits your needs. Simply fill in the required message when adding the award or, gift to your order form. Our customer service department will get back in touch with you before going into production with costs and suggested changes, should they be required.

Are logos included?

Depending on your requirements or, the awards you choose, logos can be engraved, screen-printed or, sandblasted and require camera-ready artwork for preparation. Nominal fees are charged and your logo/artwork is kept on file for future cost-saving award presentations. Our graphics department will prepare your logo/artwork in the most efficient and pleasing manor to enhance your message for that special presentation. We will advise you on what format is required, once you have selected your trophies/awards.

What will the engraving/graphics look like?

Basic engraving with no artwork or logos will be completed in a format or font particularly suited for the award(s) you have selected in order to properly space and emphasize the message and recipient. Engraving with artwork or, logos will be returned to you for proof-reading, before production is commenced. As a most valued new or repeat customer, communication with you is most important to insure your award presentations are the highlight of your event. Engraving requirements should be sent in document or spreadsheet, (Excel) format to avoid incorrect spelling. Particularly, when ordering multiple quantities with continual name changes for each award.

Graphics

If you have an image or photograph that you would like to send to us, follow the instructions below.

Camera Ready

Camera ready refers to art and copy that is ready to be scanned without retouching. This includes art that has to be retraced, redrawn or reworked on the computer or by an artist.
Camera ready artwork should meet the following specifications:

• mage(s) is in black and white format on a clean white background
• High resolution sized to the image area
• Requires no touch-up
• Color separated (if required)
• Sharp, crisp, clear lines printed with a high-quality printer on glossy, graphics paper (not copy paper) The artwork may be in various formats:
• Negatives
• Film positives
• Photo static output Camera-ready artwork is not:
• Pen or pencil sketches
• Component artwork that needs adjustment, resizing, or repositioning
• Photocopies, faxes, forms, sample labels or business cards
• mages with tape, staples, etc.
• mages with dirty or smudged backgrounds
• Continuous tone images like black and white and color photographs
• Low resolution paper outputs

Sending Images

You may send your images via:

• Carrier i.e. Canada Post, Fed Ex., etc. on a CD, floppy or zip disk. NOTE: We cannot guarantee the return of the media you send.
• Email (up to 1 megabyte)

File Formats

The following are acceptable formats:

• Corel DRAW 9 (.CDR extension)
• Adobe Illustrator 8 (.AI extension)
• Tagged Image File Format (.TIFF)

We advise that you send your image in a vector based format, but if that is not possible and you need to send it in a raster based format, please be sure to save the image in a high resolution.

Your order can be shipped through several courier services however, you may specify a preferred shipping method. Please contact us and we will try to accommodate all your deadline requirements and shipping needs.
